A step by step guide of what to expect:
- Fill out an information form and email the form to me. Please download the relevant questionnaire by clicking the name the document:
Bird Questionnaire, Cat Questionnaire or Dog Questionnaire. - I will go through the information and contact you to set up an appointment.
- The consultation will take place at your home so that I can see the animal in its usual environment and without the stress of travel
- After the consultation, you will receive follow up correspondence summarising what was discussed in the consultation.
- Please always keep in contact with me and keep me informed of any behavioural changes in your pet.
- I will also arrange for follow up consultations to be done if necessary and will follow up on the case via email or phone.
